Return / Replacement Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Requests for replacement or refund will only be accepted if the unboxing video is provided as proof.

  • Without an unboxing video, replacement or refund requests may not be approved.

Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced with the same item at no extra cost.

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days after delivery.

Refund Policy

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Items reported after 5 days of delivery

  • Products without an unboxing video
